Is there anything I should do before you come clean?

Accepted Answer

Keep it neat wants to make everything as simple as possible for our customers! However, here is a few simple things you can do before your visit to ensure the most thorough clean:

- Please pick up any clutter or laundry that may be on the floors and surfaces. We know it happens (especially with pets and little ones!) and this will ensure the best quality clean for your space.

- Please leave sink free of any dishes or cups. We will scrub your sink and leave it sparkling, and this will allow us more time to ensure a detailed clean.

- If you have any scheduling need or special request, please notify our team at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean.

What can I do with my pets during my cleaning?

Let them hangout, we love fur-babies!  We don't mind if your pets want to hang with our cleaning crew. We do ask however, if you think your pet might be startled by our crew or their equipment, we kindly ask to keep your pet crated until we have finished with your visit.

Will you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes! We come with all necessary cleaning products and equipment needed for all services we offer.

Will I earn any discounts or bonuses for referrals?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you refer somebody who schedules recurring service with us, you will both receive $30.00 toward a future visit or add-on service. This is a small thank you for helping us help others!
