To make sure nothing is overlooked, we follow a proven system specific to rental turnovers. After each visit you'll receive a job form including photos, notes, and this checklist to keep constant communication:

KITCHEN

  • Maintain dusting – All surfaces and corners

  • Countertops wiped

  • Sinks / fixtures wiped

  • Outside of cabinets spot wiped

  • Microwave – in and out

  • Small appliances dusted / wiped

  • Outside of oven / fridge

  • Wipe out fridge / freezer

  • Stove top scrubbed

  • Range hood dusted & wiped

  • Light switches wiped

  • Lights and sconces dusted

  • Door handles / knobs wiped

  • Windows and sliding doors spot cleaned

  • Dust bunnies off bottom of chairs

  • Tidy and Reset

  • Vacuum floor

  • Mop floor

 

BATHROOMS

  • Maintain dusting – All surfaces and corners

  • All surfaces wiped

  • Shower / tub scrubbed

  • Toilet scrubbed – inside, outside, sides, and base - sanitized

  • Sink / vanity wiped and dried

  • Mirrors & fixtures streak free

  • Windows and sliding doors spot cleaned

  • Lights and sconces dusted

  • Outside of cabinets dusted & spot wiped

  • Light switches wiped

  • Door handles / knobs wiped

  • Vacuum vents and fans

  • Tidy and Reset

  • Vacuum floor

  • Mop floor

 

LIVING SPACES, BEDROOMS, COMMON AREAS

  • General dusting – entire surfaces, corners and walls dusted

  • Electronics dusted and wiped

  • Baseboards dusted

  • Lamp shades dusted

  • Ceiling fans dusted

  • Small rugs shaken and vacuumed

  • High traffic areas mopped thoroughly

  • Bed linens straightened up

  • Window blinds dusted

  • Windowsills dusted

  • Windows and sliding doors spot cleaned

  • Laundry area vacuumed

  • Laundry machine wiped

  • Trash emptied / taken out if needed

  • General straightening

  • Light switches wiped

  • Lights and sconces dusted

  • Door handles / knobs wiped

  • Tidy and Reset

  • Vacuum furniture

  • Vacuum and mop floor

           

PROPERTY CHECK:                                                                              

  • Under bed

  • Bedroom drawers                  

  • Under couches / furniture                             

  • Kitchen drawers

  • Inside fridge and freezer / wipe as needed

  • Bathroom drawers

  • Inside all closets

  • Wipe outside porch and chairs

  • Sanitize touch points (doorknobs, light switches, etc.)

  • Restock as needed

  • Ensure Wi-Fi works

  • Ensure spare keys are left in designated location / lockbox, and lockbox locked
